Microsoft Office 2018 is now priced at $19 per month and Microsoft Office 2019 is now $24 per month, bringing the cost of Microsoft Office for students to $22.99 per month.
The Office 2019 price is unchanged, at $24.99.
The Office 2019 for students is available for download in the Microsoft Office App and is also included with the Office Professional for Business license.
Students can access Office for Business 2019 for free.
Microsoft is rolling out Office 2019 to students on March 17.
Students will also be able to access Office 2019 on the Windows Insider program for up to one year after the initial download.
Microsoft said in a blog post that the Office 2019 program will be available on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Enterprise for students who enroll in the program.
The price changes for the Office for Student license include:Microsoft says students can download the free Office 2019, which includes the Office 2016 Home & Student, Office 365 for Students, and Office 365 Professional editions.
The $19 Office 2019 license also includes the $19 Student version of Office 365 Home & Personal, the $24 Office 2019 Professional edition, and Microsoft Access for students.
Microsoft also says the Office Student license will be sold at $29.99 for six months, or $39.99 through March 16.
Students can access the Office Pro license for $39 per month or $69 per year.
Microsoft said students can purchase Office for Professional 2019 for $99 per year or $149 per year for students enrolled in the Office Business license, which allows students to download and use Office for free, or Office 365 Enterprise for $249 per year and the Business Enterprise license, for $599 per year in both licenses.
Microsoft has also announced that students can now access Office 365 Business 2019, a new subscription license that allows students in the University of Maryland’s College Park and surrounding areas to access Microsoft Office products for free and without any additional subscription fees.
Microsoft has not released pricing details for the Home & Business edition.
The student version of the Office Home & Professional editions costs $39 a month, or 99 cents per month for a 12-month subscription.
The company has also made a small number of minor changes to the Home and Student editions of Office.
For example, Office Home will no longer have the $99 Student license.
The Student version will have a discount of $20.
Office 365 Home will now have a free upgrade option for students, who will be able download and install Office for $9.99 a month.
The Home & Pro editions of the Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are all now available for free download.
Microsoft also has new Office extensions that let students manage their accounts.
Microsoft says students will be eligible for up $20 in Office 365 Subscriptions, $50 in Office Premium Subscriptives, and $80 in Office Business Subscriptivies, which allow for unlimited usage.
