Microsoft Office Online: How to Get Started with a New Office 365 Subscription

Google News article Microsoft is rolling out new tools to help people who have already signed up for Office 365, but it’s also asking people who want to sign up to a new subscription to do so on the same device.
The new Outlook app is now available for free in the Google Play Store, and the Microsoft Office Insider program will offer the same services, though it’s only for new users.
Microsoft is also offering a preview of its new Outlook Pro subscription service, which lets users use the service in a browser on a desktop or mobile device.
The subscription includes up to 20 email, calendar, and social calendars, but also access to the Office 365 website, as well as Outlook, Office 365 Outlook and the Office Mobile apps.
Office 365 Insider also lets users get the latest news from the Office Insider website.

If you’re a customer who is already signed into Outlook and wants to sign in again, you can go to Outlook.com and sign in on the home screen.
If you’re new to Office, you’ll need to click the Home tab and then the Settings tab to get a new account.
You can sign in with your existing Outlook account.
The Office 365 app will also launch automatically if you click on “Sign In” in the top navigation bar, and if you have an Office 365 subscription, you will receive an email with instructions to register.
You can sign up for a new Outlook account through the Office app, and Microsoft says that if you already have an Outlook subscription you can cancel the subscription.

Microsoft says customers can save up to 30% on the Microsoft Premium subscriptions and can choose the Microsoft 365 Pro subscription for $2.99 per month, or the Microsoft Professional subscription for another $2 a month.
