What you need to know about Microsoft’s Office 365 business updates

Microsoft is rolling out its Office 365 Personal, Business, and Education plans starting tomorrow, and today we’re sharing details about what they’ll look like for organizations.
The Office 365 Business and Education programs will offer free upgrades for a limited time, and Microsoft says it’ll also offer discounts on Office 365 Premium and Ultimate licenses.
In addition, they’ll offer a “one-year limited value license for $10 per user” that’s available to all Office 365 users.
The new Office 365 packages are available in the following languages:English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Korean (Simplified and Traditional), Chinese Traditional, Japanese Traditional, and Simplified Chinese.
The plans will also include:In addition to the basic Office 365 Home and Student Office 365 plan, the new Office apps will also be available for download in the Office 365 Family plan.
These Office 365 upgrades will only be available through a new, more convenient and secure portal that’s now open to the public.
The portal will also allow for a few extra features:Upgrading to Office 365 will also bring you up to a $5 discount on a number of your Office 365 purchases.
The discount is based on your Microsoft Account, and the number of Office 365 licenses purchased will determine the discount.
For example, if you purchased a Home Office 365 license for a total of 3,000 licenses, the discount would be $5 per license.
In addition, Office 365 subscriptions will be available to new Office customers for the first time.
The new Office Plus plan offers up to 20,000 free Office 365 Office 365-compatible licenses.
The plan is available to Office Business and Enterprise subscribers.
These plans also offer some perks for those who’ve signed up for Office 365 Professional and Business plans, including a $10 credit for new Office Online subscriptions.

The other major upgrade for Office 2016 customers is the Office 2016 ProPlus upgrade.
This upgrade is designed to make it easier for customers to switch from Office 2016 to Office 2016 Professional and Enterprise.
The upgrade will include the ability to upgrade to Office Professional or Business in Office 2016, as well as to choose between Office 2016 Enterprise or Office 2016 for Business.
This upgrade will also give customers a few new Office 2016 features that aren’t available in other versions of Office 2016.
The upgrade will come to customers through Office Online and in Office 365 and Office 365 Enterprise, but only in a limited number of markets, so it’s best to test out the upgrade before you go.
